🔵 Today, December 15, 2022, in Drochia, the Round Table was organized to finalize the project “Consolidation of gender action in Cahul and Ungheni districts” supported by UN Women.
The event aimed to totalize the exchange of opinions and the results obtained by the representatives of the Public Association “Clubul Vreau Să Știu” from Cahul and the Public Association Civic Education Association “The Future Begins Today” from Ungheni, in the framework of the partnership with the Public Association “Artemida” from Drochia.
💬The participants discussed the local actions planned and implemented within the partnership between April and December 2022, which aimed to promote gender equality, prevent and combat gender-based violence and family violence with an emphasis on specialized assistance for women and girls affected by this phenomenon.
This event was carried out within the project “EVA – Promotion of gender equality in Cahul and Ungheni districts”, financed by the European Union and implemented by UN Women Moldova, in partnership with UNICEF Moldova
