📆 Today, within the “Magnolia” service, a working session dedicated to the exchange of experience and professional supervision took place, organized in collaboration with representatives of the A.O. “Artemida”.
📌 The meeting provided a valuable opportunity to discuss intervention practices and ways to provide the necessary support for victims of violence, emphasizing the beneficiary-centered approach, as well as the importance of interventions based on care, support and professionalism.
🔎 The specialists shared experiences, challenges encountered in current activity and effective solutions for improving the services provided, thus strengthening the collaboration between institutions and the ability to provide adequate support to people in difficult situations.
🌸 Such meetings contribute to the development of professional skills and to ensuring more efficient support for the beneficiaries of the service, promoting a safe environment, based on care, trust and support.
Thanks to the support provided by UNFPA Moldova, this meeting was possible, which consolidated and highlighted the value of the partnership between our A.O “Artemida” team and the “Magnolia” service team, an open, empathetic team, attentive to the safety and confidentiality of beneficiaries and dedicated to supporting people affected by violence.
