Today, 02.11.2018, in the Drochia District Council was held the round table with the generic “Exchange of experience and good practices in preventing the combating of domestic violence between the members of the EMD in Gagauzia and the members of the EMD in the Drochia district”.
The purpose of the meeting is to exchange experiences and good practices in the context of preventing and combating domestic violence, presenting good practices implemented in Drochia by promoting the cross-sectoral partnership in obtaining a coordinated joint response to domestic violence cases.
The event was attended by: Vice-President of Drochia District – Vitalie Josanu, The President of the Drochia Court – Vasile Nogai, Prosecutor in Drochia Prosecutor’s Office – Victoria Robu, Chjief of the I.R. North of the INP- Mihai Pleşca, Acting Chief of SP-1 Drochia, chief inspector – Dumitru Rusu, Head of Probation Office – Ruslan Cumpătă, EMD Coordinator Raional Drochia- Mariana Arama, Director of the Assistance and Counseling Center for Family Aggressors – Simion Sîrbu, Service coordinator “Ariadna” Center – Ina Gradinaru, UNDP project coordinator – Vitalii Frecăuţan and EMD representatives from Gagauzia.
During the study visit, the representatives of Gagauzia visited the Assistance and Counseling Center for the family abusers and the Assistance and Counseling Center for the victims of domestic violence in the city of Drochia
