We have always said that we never tire of learning something new and developing ourselves.
Thus, with the support of our partners UNFPA Moldova, members of the Artemida Public Association participated in the workshop dedicated to strengthening the capacities of Safe Space Moldova staff to create a supportive and safe environment for refugee women and girls 🇺🇦 but also for those in host communities 🇲🇩
During the two days of training, the participants studied empathetic and non-judgmental support techniques, which would restore the emotional and psychological safety of the beneficiaries 🫂 adopted stress management strategies and providing peer support, and learned how to streamline the monitoring of activities.
We are convinced that only together through consolidated joint efforts can we face all challenges.
