On April 14 and 15, 2022, the FIRST TRAINING MODULE took place within the project “Consolidation of gender action in Cahul and Ungheni districts supported by UN Women” to familiarize the representatives of the Public Association “I Want to Know” Club from Cahul and the Public Association of Civic Education “The Future Begins Today” in Ungheni on how to develop specialized services for victims of gender-based violence and domestic violence based on the model of specialized services provided by the Artemida Public Association in Drochia.
The first day of training focused on Organizing the activity of the specialized service for victims of GBV and CF, the types of specialized services provided to victims of GBV and CF and the Principles of communication and promotion of specialized services at the local level.
The second day began with an evaluation of the first day of training and Assisted Case Documentation Procedures, after which the participants were divided into working groups focused on specialized interventions.
As a result of 2 days of training, the teams from Cahul and Ungheni left home with a new baggage of techniques and ways of providing services for the victims of GBV and CF who are going to apply them in their localities.
