💬Communication is what makes the world work. This facilitates human connections and allows us to learn, grow, develop. It is not only about speaking or reading, but also about understanding what is said, and in some cases, what is not said.
👉In this context, the members of the mobile and static teams from the Artemida Public Association participated in the training “Communication – an important tool in personal activity” facilitated by Olga Jacota, a member of our partners Legal Clinic from the municipality of Bălți.
👩🏫 During the whole day, the participants were familiarized with:
📍The essence and particularities of communication;
📍Effective communication and listening;
📍Culture of organizational communication;
📍Communication barriers and ways to overcome them.
The training was interactive, combining the theoretical part with the practical part, which allowed the objectives of this session: “Acquisition and correct use of the main types and styles of communication” and “Development of skills regarding the management of speech in crisis and conflict situations ” to be successfully achieved.
🟠Thanks to the support of our partners UNFPA Moldova, we are in the continuous process of consolidating our knowledge to be with refugees and host families every day, offering them support and encouraging them to turn to medical, social, legal and psychological services with confidence.
