2️⃣2️⃣ members of the social assistance department Ștefan-Vodă participated in the training workshop in the context of supporting the training initiative by UNFPA Moldova of members of multidisciplinary teams on legal aspects.
📅The workshop took place on September 2️⃣2️⃣ and lasted 4 hours where it was discussed: legislation in the field of family violence, the main actors, roles and responsibilities in solving cases of family violence, intersectoral procedures for identification, evaluation, referral, assisting and monitoring cases of family violence, ensuring the protection of the victim of family violence.
💬 The participants paid particular attention to legal methods, techniques and tools in the working stages regarding the resolution of cases of family violence
👉The activity is carried out within the regional program “Together against gender stereotypes and gender-based violence”, financed by the European Union and implemented by UN Women Moldova and UNFPA Moldova
