Olga is a mother of 3 children, a mother who wishes every morning to wake up in the house she worked so hard for and take care of her family. They had to leave behind everything they had built in their home village in southern Ukraine when the war started.- I met Olga in one of the villages we cover with the help of the mobile team. She told us that she and her family left the house to save their lives, scared by the sirens that didn’t stop even at night.Since the beginning of the war, Olga and her family volunteered in Ukraine, in addition, their eldest son graduated from the military school in Kiev and daily defends the homeland at the risk of his life. They have been in the territory of the Republic of Moldova for more than two months and are very grateful for the help and warm welcome, for the support of the local population and the village administration, and for the care that the children receive at the local school.💬 “We want to continue our volunteer activities here as well, to help our compatriots who want to come to Moldova or are already here. We have contacted the Roma who live in other regions of Moldova to cooperate with them in this field”, we says Olga.- Just like her family, there are hundreds of other souls who found with us the peace and protection they needed. Without your help, dear friends, and without the involvement of donors, we would not have been able to be with them.💬Kindness and receptivity have no nationality, everything depends on the richness of the soul, and you showed us that every day.💬 We are grateful to your mobile group, the organization UNFPA Moldova, for the support given and for the help you give us all! , Olga tells us.
