Today we successfully completed the training sessions for the second group of specialists from Drochia district, within the National Training Program.
The determination of the participants gives us the certainty that Drochia district now has a much stronger network of professionals ready to intervene on the front line. The members of the multidisciplinary teams (EMD) demonstrated extraordinary involvement, transforming the theory lessons, the guides and the intervention procedures into practical solutions, adapted to the reality on the ground.
💡 What do we leave behind after these days?
• Common language: Specialists from various fields (social assistance, police, education, medicine) who now speak the same language — that of victim protection.
• Strengthened skills: An increased capacity for correct risk assessment and prompt intervention in cases of domestic and gender violence.
• Empathy and commitment: The belief that no victim should be left alone in the face of abuse.
Real change does not happen on paper, but through dedicated people who choose to correctly apply each procedure to save lives.
