“Preventing professional burnout” was the theme of the workshop facilitated by Valentina Prițcan, Ph.D., Associate Professor, Alecu Russo State University in Balti for representatives and mobile teams of AO Artemida. Members of mobile teams interact daily with people affected by war, psychologically affected people and people with difficult life histories, therefore preventing burnout is a very important component for the organization’s work.
