✅ Emergency Restraining Order🚨: It is an administrative act issued on the spot by the Police (for a period of up to 10 days), if there is an imminent risk to your life or integrity. It can force the aggressor to leave the home immediately, even if he is the owner.
✅ Protection Order 🛡️: it is a legal act issued by the court through which protective measures are applied in favor of the victim of violence. The purpose of the order is to provide assistance and safety to the victim and her children, by imposing strict restrictions on the aggressor. Protective measures apply for a period of up to 6 months. However, there are exceptions regarding the duration:
• The term can be extended if a repeated application is submitted or if the aggressor does not comply with the conditions provided
