Context:
NGO “Artemida” is a non-governmental and non-profit organization based in the city of Drochia, which has the mission of promoting the rights of people affected by the phenomenon of domestic violence and contributing to their psycho-social integration, by providing information, assistance, providing social services, economic empowerment, personal development and capacity building of bondholders (representatives of state services and representatives of civil society) in the field of preventing and combating gender-based violence and domestic violence at national level.
Place of work: town. Drochia (headquarters of the NGO Artemida)
Hierarchical relations within the Association: It is subordinated to the Director and the Deputy Director
Requirements for the candidate:
• Higher legal education;
• Work experience in the field is an advantage;
• Deep knowledge of the legislation;
• Knowledge of Romanian, Russian at advanced level;
• Knowledge of English will be an advantage
• Willingness to work in a team.
• Communication skills.
• It is accepted to submit the file without work experience.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Elaborates contracts, agreements, regulations, policies, strategies.
• Elaborates / perfects requests, approaches, informative notes;
• Solving administrative-legal problems for good governance.
• Prepares monthly activity reports (on its areas of intervention);
• Participates in the implementation of information campaigns;
• Participates in the elaboration of the organizational strategy;
• Participates in public events within the organization;
• Other relevant responsibilities.
Specific requirements and / or conditions:
• A good understanding of the specifics of the activity within a non-governmental organization;
• Respect for the universal values and principles of human rights;
• Political non-affiliation;
• Professional integrity and discretion;
• Dynamic and enterprising person;
• Flexibility, mobility, activism.
Working hours: 40 hours per week

The competition file includes:
a) Application to participate in the competition in free form;
b) Copy of the identity card;
c) Copies of study diplomas and graduation certificates for professional development and / or specialization courses;
d) Europass type CV;
The contest will take place in two stages:
Stage I – examination of the file;
Within 5 days from the expiration of the deadline for submitting the documents, the competition commission will examine the candidates’ files and will take the decision regarding their admission to the competition.
People who are not pre-selected will not be invited to the interview test.
Stage II – interview test.
Only the winner of the contest will be informed about winning the contest.
