Today, on 02.11.2022 with the support of IOM Moldova, the training workshop with the theme “say no to sexual harassment” took place in the context of improving the policy regarding “Prevention of the exploitation of abuse and sexual harassment” (PSEA).
In this context 1️⃣5️⃣ members of the Artemida Obstetrics Association were trained how to:
👉identify sexual harassment,
👉 to learn what behavior is acceptable and what is not,
👉how to behave properly, to show empathy towards the victims
👉 and how to clarify your role, responsibilities and options if sexual harassment occurs.
