📍 Starting on October 4, 2023, since the Dondușeni Community Center was officially opened, hundreds of people have been assisted by the specialists from the Artemida Public Association team.
☃️After a break for the winter holidays, the Dondușeni Community Center is open for everyone again.
The center is located in Dondușeni at Gagarina str., 1a.
The services provided within the Center are:
🔹 foreign language courses;
🔹 entertainment and educational activities for children;
🔹 psychological support;
🔹 master classes;
🔹 other activities aimed at socialization and development.
📌All services and activities offered at the Community Center are free for both displaced persons from Ukraine and local citizens.
💬 “The services I provide as a specialist are a response to GBV and the stabilization of the psycho-emotional state including:
✅ Psychological first aid
✅Basic counseling (emotional support)
✅ Individual counseling
✅ Structured group counseling
✅ Referral to multidisciplinary response services for GBV cases
✅Reference to non-specialized services provided within the project.
In the same way, we organize and carry out information and support sessions aimed at specialized services in the context of GBV prevention or the referral to services that both refugees and locals need “- says Donos Svetlana, the psychologist of the Artemida Public Association from the Community Center.
