The Women and Girls Safe Space Mobile Team, supported by UNFPA Moldova, organized an economic empowerment and career guidance session.
The event, held in close collaboration with the Drochia Employment Directorate and with the participation of AO Moștenitorii, brought together courageous women – both refugees from Ukraine and women from the local community – united by the common desire to build a stable professional path. 🤝
The participants learned about current opportunities on the labor market and the services offered by the state for employment. We discussed the necessary steps for professional reintegration and overcoming barriers to finding a job. 💼
The Safe Space became a place of dialogue where experiences met, creating a bridge of support between women from the community and refugees. 🧡
