Thanks to the support of UNFPA Moldova, the management team and the cash team of the Artemida Public Association were trained on case management.
The topics addressed during the session were:
📌Management of cases of gender-based violence,
📌Management of GBV cases by phone,
📌The data protection protocol in the GBV case management process.
▶️The session had a mixed character and included both the theoretical part – discussions, ppt presentation and the practical part – work in pairs, group work based on the practical example and the case study – simulation and reflections.
Special emphasis was placed on the Safety Plan for cases of domestic violence and the safety assessment of the victim/survivor of domestic violence and gender-based violence.
