📆Thus for 2 days the members of the Mobile and Static Teams within the Artemida Public Association as well as the members of the organization benefited from two training sessions on “Access to justice” and “Prevention and combating crimes motivated by prejudice”.
👉The sessions were moderated by DĂNOI Ion, university lecturer, lawyer, who spoke about: The concept of prejudice, ECtHR jurisprudence in matters of prejudice, Types of crimes and misdemeanors committed due to prejudice, Victim of acts committed due to prejudice.
👉The participants were also familiarized with: the Integrated Case Management Program (PIGD), the National Court Portal (PNIJ), the IT solution for audio recording of court sessions (SIAS), State-guaranteed legal assistance opportunities or partially guaranteed. Types of guaranteed legal assistance, primary and qualified legal assistance.
